Even better, the larger dimensions and redesigned suspension allow for more cargo space with an additional 10 cubic feet (25.5 cu. The full-size Yukon has always been a spacious and accommodating SUV, but the 2022 GMC Yukon lineup maximizes interior space with almost five extra inches of wheelbase, 6.1 extra inches of overall length and an all-new rear suspension setup. Plus, watching movies in this Yukon was even better with the Denali's standard 14-speaker Bose audio system. This media system features a pair of 12.6-inch rear displays, and while there's no DVD player, there are USB and HDMI inputs available to go along with the standard 4G LTE wi-fi hotspot which will run an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming content. The real payoff on this tester was the Denali Ultimate Package that added a panoramic sunroof and rear seat media system. ![]() New for 2022, the Yukon upgrades to a 12-inch reconfigurable gauge cluster that is now standard on all Yukon trim levels, and the new Connected Infotainment System with Google Built-In that brings all of the conveniences of your Google account into the vehicle, including Google Maps. The seats are wrapped with soft, perforated leather, and the Denali comes standard with heated and ventilated front seats, heated second-row captain's chairs, and a heated steering wheel. More than just a different design, GMC pulled out all the stops to give the Yukon Denali more comfort and premium content than ever before resulting in a true first-class experience. Even the door panels look and feel more premium with added wood inlays and leather stitching. Non-Denali Yukon models have the same interior design as the closely related Chevy Tahoe/Suburban with a table-style infotainment screen, and the Yukon Denali stands out with a unique instrument panel featuring a more integrated 10.2-inch touchscreen navigation system, stylish wood inlay on the passenger side and added soft-touch appointments with stitched leather. It was also equipped with the $11,355 Denali Ultimate Package that adds power-retractable side steps and 22-inch aluminum wheels which perfectly fill out the wheel wells. On the ride back safety system error warning popped up every 1/4 mile. Issues all along the way with buttons not working and system errors. Immediately drove it to Florida from PA with the kids. ![]()
